I am finally going to start my own blog. Several times in my life people have told me that I should write about my life. Well, now I am on a journey to start my own fiber farm and I figured that is an interesting enough topic maybe I will write about my life.
My goal is to have this as a chronicle of my journey from corporate busy bee to farming entrepreneur but I have several things I do that occupy me and I want to share those as well. That is where craftingtraveler.com comes in. I love crafting, anything with fiber. And I love mentally and physically traveling. By mentally I mean answering random questions that pop up, philosophy,or jokes.
Currently, I reside in a suburb of Seattle on a tenth of an acre with my husband, dog, cat, and a fiber bunny. I work full-time at a corporate type job, volunteer with an animal rescue group, frequent multiple crafting circles, and garden to relax. It’s hectic but I love it.
Which reminds me of a great quote to end my introduction:
“Inspiration exists, but it has to find you working” -Pablo Picasso
